Prof. Chappell is quoted at length in this term’s Washington State Magazine article “Billions served“, regarding food, hunger, and agricultural production. He is also quoted in a recent article in The Columbian, along with other WSU Vancouver faculty, regarding food policy and family meals.
Also, Prof. Chappell, lab alumna Heidi Sears, and current Master’s student James Moore collaborated on a soon-to-be published chapter on Food Security in Latin America for Routledge’s Europa Worldbook series.
